A warm welcome to Powys Country House and self catering cottages, set in Corwen on the Western edge of the Dee Valley.

Our country house has eight individually designed guest bedrooms, offering modern home-from-home comforts with traditional styling.

We also have two recently renovated self-catering cottages, one of which comes complete with wood-burning stove for the cooler months and fully-equipped kitchens (including the essential dishwasher and washing machine).

The venue offers three acres of grounds, with a lawn tennis court (not Wimbledon standard), a giant outdoor chess set, croquet, and an enclosed paddock to play football, or to exercise your dogs. There is also a games room, giant draughts, and childrens play area (coming 2012). You will also find a barbecue and seating areas.

Situated just off the A5, on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, the house and cottages are an ideal base to explore the many attractions of North Wales.
