Coach House Sleeps 4 - 6 people
Coach House is a detached stone built cottage, fully equipped, having the benefit of oil fired central heating, an oil burner, in the lounge. A modern, large kitchen with dish washer, gas cooker, microwave oven.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed with bathroom off, the other with twin beds. A bed settee provides the other two beds in the main lounge.

There is a very large conservatory, big enough to dine, and lounge on the cane furniture. A doorway leads out to a small fenced in cottage garden.

There are nearly three acres of ground for all guests to enjoy.

- Dogs welcome if well behaved, house trained, and friendly.
Stable Cottage Sleeps 2 - 4 people
Stable cottage is a stone built cottage, on the end of a terrace. It is fully equipped having the benefit of oil fired central heating, a log burner in the lounge. A small but modern fitted kitchen, fridge freezer, microwave. Electric cooker.

The Smithy cottage
It is hoped by spring 2008 we will have converted a large barn into, a 2 bed roomed cottage . This will be available for the disabled / wheelchair bound guests. ( subject to planning )
